Be a Light! Only you are you – You are Unique!
No one is like you. You have a unique approach and personality, different from everyone else. No one has had the experiences, struggles, joys, and sorrows that you have had. No one is in the same place or job as you are. No one is a part of your family in the same position and way as you are.
No one interacts with others as you do. No one encounters all those around you as you do. No one is able to be present to others in the same times and ways as you. No one is able to serve, inspire, encourage, or challenge in holy ways those around you just as you do.
Since you are special, you are called to be a light to those people whom only you can touch in ways that are unique. God places people in your family, in your places of work and commerce, in the many occasions of your life, and throughout your whole existence on earth, that He does not place in the exact same ways and times in the lives of any other person.
Please make good use of all the time you have been given. In one lifetime, you have the power to affect good for many generations or even until the end of time. It is an awesome responsibility to know this is true and to pass it on to the children and everyone around you, who then have a choice of passing it on to future generations. This is the power you have in your hands.
Be a light to others just as they are often placed in your path to be a light to you. Start by forming a close relationship with God. Reflect on the Scriptures, confess your sins, go to Mass often, study your faith, and strive to be holy in all things. Pray and keep your mind and heart on God so your light can truly shine.
COME HOLY SPIRIT AND FILL US WITH YOUR LOVE , LIGHT, AND JOY SO THAT WE MAY BE PERFECTED IN YOU, AND ALL THAT IS IN YOU MAY PERFECT US.

Every Person has an Immortal Soul
Do You really love those around you and care about their very essence – the most important part of them? Since most people care about their loved ones, their well-being and physical safety, do everything you can for their souls. THEIR SOULS WILL LIVE FOREVER. Pray and learn about God and teach them to give thanks, praise, and obedience to God. They will forever be grateful. (See CCC, 382)
NOTE: The image just above this note is an icon by artist Tony Rezk of the 21 Christian martyrs who were killed on Feb. 15, 2015 by ISIS rather than denying their faith in Christ. A video clearly shows many of the men praying “Lord Jesus Christ” in their final moments. One of the men, Mathew Ayairga, an African from Chad, was not a Christian. However, when moments before his death the ISIS extremists demanded that he follow Islam, Mathew turned them down. After reportedly witnessing the “immense faith” of the Coptic Christian believers from Egypt, he decided to become a follower of Christ. On camera, one of the terrorists asked Matthew, “Do you reject Christ?” “Their God is my God,” he responded, and he became one of the 21 men laying down their lives for their faith in Christ. Matthew experienced a Baptism of Desire and Baptism by Blood… https://www.mnnonline.org/news/african-among-coptic-christians-killed/
