Why is Jesus Christ the Way, the Truth, and the Life? (For Jesus said: I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me -Jn. 14:6.)
- No one taught us more than Jesus about the great love that God our Father has for every person, even if people do not love Him in return.
- No one revealed better than Jesus that there are three divine persons in the Blessed Trinity, as was apparent at His baptism and transfiguration, when He said Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit (Mt. 28:19), and when He sent the Holy Spirit upon the apostles.
- No one taught better than Jesus that He is the co-eternal Son of God (Jn.10:36), and not just an inspired preacher, prophet, or good person.
- No one taught us better than Jesus that we should call God our Father since Jesus refers to Almighty God as His Father a total of 170 times in all 4 Gospels and He refers to God ONLY as HIS FATHER and OUR FATHER, and not by any other name (as Dr. Scott Hahn affirms).
- No one taught the world more about the humility of God than Jesus Christ by being born in a stable and dying on a cross, and the supreme humiliation of the incarnation wherein God became one of his human creatures to make reparation for the rebellion, disobedience, and pride of the human race.
- No one has shown more love for all people and taught the truth with such great authority better than Jesus, who spoke no falsehood.
- No one taught us to evangelize all people better than Jesus without regard to race, color, creed, economic status, or belief system.
- No one taught better than Jesus that matter does matter, since Jesus who is fully God became fully Man, and He gave us the seven sacraments, He chose the Apostles (and their successors) to carry on His work, and He gave us Himself in the Holy Eucharist, Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day (Jn. 6:54).
- No one taught better than Jesus that He came here in the flesh through the incarnation, and He is still here in the flesh in the Holy Eucharist, where we can worship Him in every Catholic church every day.
- No one taught better than Jesus that His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Holy Eucharist are real, not symbolic, because He gave His entire self for the salvation of the world when He died on the cross, which was not symbolic then and His true presence in the Holy Eucharist is not symbolic now.
- No one taught us better than Jesus that He is really and truly present in the consecrated bread and wine that still looks, feels, and tastes like bread and wine, but they have truly become His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity at each Holy Mass (See John 6:51ff).
- No one taught us better than Jesus that He wants not just a personal relationship with us, but union with us since the Word became flesh to make us partakers of the divine nature (CCC 469) and God made us in His own image and likeness. When Jesus became man, He united the spiritual and material worlds, as Galatians 2:19-20 says: I have been crucified with Christ; yet I live, no longer I, but Christ lives in me.
- No one taught us how God wants to be worshipped better than Jesus who gave us the Holy Mass at the Last Supper, which allows us to be present on Calvary at His crucifixion, death, and Resurrection.
- No one taught us better than Jesus that He willingly shed His blood and died for us on the cross to redeem us and reconcile us to God the Father.
- No one gave us a powerful protector and intercessor as Jesus did when he gave His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary, to the Apostle John (and to all of us) when He said on the cross, Behold, your Mother and when He said to his mother, Woman, behold, your son, since she understands our problems and she can help us by the grace of God and bring us closer to Him, even though John was not related to Jesus and John’s own mother, Salome, the mother of the sons of Zebedee, was present (Jn.19).
- No one taught better than Jesus that the saints are fully alive when He had Moses and Elijah stand with Him, appearing to Peter, James, and John during His transfiguration, and when He said I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, so He is not God of the dead but of the living (cf. Mt. 22:32), and we can ask the saints to storm the throne of God with their perfect prayers of love and praise, asking them to help us receive answers to our prayers, because the saints have constant union with God and He allows them to know our situations, since God can do anything and we believe in the communion of saints.
- No one taught better than Jesus that there is more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents and He is the one who forgives sins and He gave the power to forgive sins to His Apostles and priests who give absolution in confession, in persona Christi, in the person of Christ.
- No one taught better than Jesus that every person has a Guardian Angel as Jesus said: See that you do not despise one of these little ones; for I tell you that in heaven their angels always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven (Mt. 18:10). Angels love to help human beings as shown by numerous examples of angels throughout the Scriptures. The Catholic Catechism says: The existence of the spiritual, non-corporeal beings that Sacred Scripture usually calls angels is a truth of faith (328).
- No one proved better than Jesus that God is infinite, He understands every language, and knows the prayers and interior thoughts, as well as the hidden sins, thoughts, and actions of every person.
- No one taught us how to build up the Catholic faith better than Jesus through discipleship, mentoring, and personal relationships in order to become deeply committed Catholics and to evangelize others.

- No one demonstrated better than Jesus that the Catholic faith is not just a set of doctrines and religious practices but a way of life that should influence every aspect of our lives.

- No one is more holy and perfect or more just and merciful than Jesus.
- No one taught us more than Jesus about the reality of heaven, hell, angels, and demons.
- No one taught us better than Jesus that God created us so He could love us and He gave us a free-will so we can decide if we want to love Him in return and share His life with Him in heaven for all eternity.
- No one taught better than Jesus that the heart is the wellspring of good or evil: Love
and forgiveness make our hearts soar, while lust -which can be adultery- and hatred -which can be
murder- drag our hearts down into the abyss.
- No one taught better than Jesus that every person will be judged by Him as soon as they enter into eternity and there will be no reincarnation or second chance to do what He said we should do.

- No one showed better than Jesus how much God loves children and how much He wants parents to live in great hope and trust in Him and bring more children into the world.
- No one better than Jesus provided the world a meaningful example and basis for a theology of redemptive suffering, where we can offer our prayers and sacrifices to help others to be saved.
- No one taught better than Jesus that it is wrong to believe that we can be spiritual but not religious, because He started the Catholic Church and He knew that human beings needed a structure and authority in order to teach His doctrines and not get misled by pagan ideas or contradictory interpretations.
- No one taught us more than Jesus about the Kingdom of God and that He is a King as He was even proclaimed King by the Roman judge, Pontius Pilate, who condemned Him to death.
- No one demonstrated what rising from the dead meant better than Jesus who arose from the dead by His own power as the Son of God, showing that He can and will raise everyone on the last day as He said.
- No one taught the beatitudes and demonstrated them better than Jesus: how blessed are the poor in spirit, how blessed are those who mourn, how blessed are the meek, how blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, how blessed are the merciful, how blessed are the clean of heart, how blessed are the peacemakers, how blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness; how blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil against you falsely because of Jesus, and rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven (Mt. 5:3ff).
- No one taught us better than Jesus how to live and how to die.
- No one demonstrated a fearless faith and trust in God our Father more than Jesus.
- No one suffered more for YOU than Jesus.
